Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your IraStyles purchase. Please read the following policy before requesting a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

A return/exchange request may be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged or defective when received.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product received does not match the ordered product.

The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Return Request Period

Return or exchange requests must be raised within [7 days] of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags/packaging may not qualify for return or exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or refund process.

Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on stock. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution or refund according to the circumstances.

Cancellation

Order cancellation is subject to the order's processing/dispatch status. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
